1. Eligibility
- Minimum spend of RM188 in a single receipt to join the lucky draw.
- This lucky draw is only valid at participating branches listed in the campaign.
2. Participation
- Customer must fill in Name, Phone Number, Branch, and accept the T&C before spinning.
- Each receipt only entitles one (1) spin.
3. Prize Redemption
- If you win a prize, please take a screenshot of the result.
- Upload your receipt & screenshot in the result submission form.
- KYO will contact winners or winners may WhatsApp: 018-4702718.
- All prizes will be processed and delivered/collected within 48 hours.
4. Claim Deadline
- Winners must respond within 48 hours after submission.
- If no response is received, the prize will be given to the next eligible participant.
5. Prize Policy
- No return / No exchange once prize is issued.
- If the prize is spoiled or defective, no replacement will be provided.
- Prizes are limited and subject to availability.
6. Fair Usage
- Spin results are final and cannot be changed.
- KYO reserves the right to withdraw or replace prizes without prior notice.
7. Fraud Prevention
- Any suspicious, duplicated or tampered receipts will be rejected.
- KYO has full rights to disqualify any participant deemed to violate the rules.

- KYO保留修改、撤换奖品的权利。
7. 防作弊条款
- 若发现虚假、重复或修改过的收据，将取消资格。
- KYO有权取消任何违反条规者的参与资格。
